  1. Fantastic blog. Feel like I’m in the same boat, slow runner love Eat to Live. Keep up the good work and I know you can do the marathon. Even as slow as I am I finished. It took me over 6 hours but I finished. Good luck.

  2. Love the blog! Can you add an RSS link so we can easily add this blog to Google Reader? (I think WordPress supports this.)

  3. I added an RSS link in my bottom bar. I hope it works–check it out! 🙂

  4. It works! Thanks. Don’t want to miss any delicious posts …

  5. Caitlin, I’m loving this blog! I’ve kinda fallen off my whole foods, rawish food wagon and you are my current inspiration. Thanks for posting such yummy (and easy) dishes. I think I definitely fall into the “Lazy” vegan category and your suggestions will be taken to heart. I’m going to step it up.

Great job! And feel better soon… 🙂

  6. Yum! Thanks Caitlin for the great recipes! I love white bean and kale soup and the little bitty taco shells look fab!
